Refund & Return Policy
At Black Theory Apparels, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Returns
- Returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
Exchange
- Exchange is subject to product availability.
- Only one exchange is permitted per order.
Refunds
- Once the returned item passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another suitable method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged products.
- Products returned without original packaging or tags.
- Gift cards (if applicable).
